Compatibility View

Compatibility View

A compatibility setting in certain browsers can cause some fields to not display correctly for some users. The most common issue is not being able to enter payment details. This issue is being caused by what is known as Compatibility View, which is a default setting on Internet Browsers such as Internet Explorer 9.

Using a different Browser such as Mozilla Firefox or Google Chrome will not suffer this issue, if an alternative is not available or you are unsure, there is a very simple way of fixing by changing a setting in Internet Explorer as explained below.

To change Compatibility View of Internet Explorer:

As illustrated below, at the top of the page, to the right of the address bar you should have a symbol that looks like a torn piece of paper. Click this once. The page will reload and the payment fields can now be completed.
