Returns Policy

Once 'unwanted' goods are received, the consumer has a 7 working day cancellation period. The consumers right to reject starts from the day the contract is made, and ends on the expiry of 7 working days starting from the day after the goods have been received by the consumer. The right given to the consumer by the Distance Selling Regulation is a cancellation right i.e a right to cancel the contract. Whether the consumer has returned the goods or not, a refund of all monies will be made within 30 days of cancellation. Please note we do not refund the initial postage charge. We request that the goods are returned at consumer's cost, and if they are not returned, we will collect them and deduct the costs from the refund. The goods must be unused, boxed, in original condition and with your "The Sharp Edge" receipt, and must be received back within 14 days from the date of invoice. If the goods are not in a re-sellable condition, we will send them back to you at your expense.

For your protection, please obtain a receipt and proof of posting from your Post Office.

Damaged goods: Provided we are informed within 7 working days of receipt, goods damaged in transit will be replaced at no extra charge. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

You can return any product to us within a year for an exchange, only if it fails to operate through defects in manufacture or materials. If the goods are no longer made then we will replace it with goods of equal value after consultation. Occasionally, the product you receive will be slightly different to that pictured. We reserve the right to change products slightly from those pictured.

These terms do no affect your statutory rights.
